McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Farm Hand (Grain) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on farm work, is mechanically minded, and takes pride in contributing to efficient and sustainable farming operations.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to :
* Assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of farming equipment and machinery
* Supporting grain harvesting, sowing, spraying, and general paddock work
* Monitoring crop health and assisting with pest and weed control
* Completing accurate record keeping and adhering to WHS policies
* General farm labour and maintenance tasks as required
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience as a farm hand, preferably in grain production
* A current HR Truck licence
* Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to safety and quality practices
* Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
