ProWay Livestock Equipment is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Wagga Wagga.
This is a varied role providing administrative support across the business, with a focus on customer service, data entry, and assisting our finance and operations teams.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating mail and office supplies
2. Assisting with HR & accounts administration
3. Providing exceptional customer service to internal & external stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed:
1. A positive, can do and team focused attitude
2. Previous experience in an administration or customer service role preferred but not essential
3. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to prioritise tasks & manage competing deadlines
5. Willingness to learn and assist across different business areas
