In this role you will:
* Build and grow strong customer relationships across your territory.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
* Identify and convert new opportunities, including annuity business.
* Collaborate with marketing, solution owners, and vendor partners to drive results.
* Lead customer engagements from initial contact to deal closure.
* Influence key stakeholders by offering data-driven perspectives.
* Manage tenders, proposals, and commercial relationships end-to-end.
About You
* Keen to learn and motivated to grow a career in IT sales.
* Experienced in customer service within the IT sector, and looking to step into an account management role.
* Confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships.
* Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
* The ability to challenge assumptions and inspire new ways of thinking.
* Willing to learn the art of negotiation and engage in commercial conversations.
* In tune with IT operations and emerging technology trends, and keen to deepen your understanding.
