There are exciting times ahead in the Influencer Team as we grow our offering as a centralised function across the business. There will be lots of opportunities for you to develop your career, with the support of a driven and passionate network of peers and leadership team.
What you'll do:
- Processing of talent invoices on behalf of the team, servicing multiple business areas
- Detailing all payments in the budget tracker
- Work with Marketing counterparts to ensure shadow budget is accounted for in their budget tracker and accrued at year end
- Reconcile accounts across the year, ensuring forecasts are kept up to date
- Assisting with queries from talent/talent agencies
- Act as the point of contact for finance on behalf of the team, engaging in monthly reviews of the account
What you'll bring:
- Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger experience
- An organised and methodical individual, possessing attention to detail whilst working under a pressure.
- A self-starter attitude, relying less on direction and more on personal initiative
- A flexible individual, who is open to solving new tasks as and when required but may be outside of the core day job (and description)
- Good IT skills, particularly using Excel. Experience of SAP is desirable
Influencer Team
Working across Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, Sky VIP, Product, Sky Mobile, Sky Broadband, the team produces creative campaigns to showcase the best that Sky has to offer, driving consideration amongst prospect customers. We manage all talent negotiations, contracts and payments and with growing demand across the business, we require finance support
