The role
If you are a mechanically minded individual who enjoys hands-on work and problem solving, then this is the opportunity for you
In this diverse role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that concrete specifications are accurately met and that the site operates smoothly. You will receive training to operate a Front End Loader and will be involved in general maintenance and yard duties at the site. There is also an opportunity to develop further through training in operating a concrete batch plant.
This position is based in Welland, SA, working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required.
Start and finish times may vary depending on customer demand.

Responsibilities
- Operate front end loader
- Perform plant maintenance
- General laboring and housekeeping
- Follow all CoR and health and safety policies and procedures
What you will need to succeed
- Front end loader ticket and experience – desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
