This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail management couple to oversee a full‑scale supermarket operation, lead a large team including Duty Managers, and make a genuine difference in local communities, all while enjoying a balanced lifestyle and an exceptional package.
The Opportunity:
As the leadership couple of a flagship regional supermarket, you’ll oversee the end‑to‑end performance of a major retail site, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and community impact.
Your focus will include:
- Managing all aspects of a high‑volume grocery operation
- Coaching and developing Duty Managers and local employees
- Maintaining strong stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards
- Driving profitability and financial accountability
- Building positive relationships across culturally diverse communities

You’re a seasoned retail management couple with deep experience in FMCG, supermarket, or high‑volume environments. You thrive in large‑format stores, love leading through others, and enjoy creating a positive, training‑focused culture.

- A hands‑on, people‑focused leadership style
