You will work closely with the CEO as their trusted Executive Assistant, while also partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure the smooth running of the National Support Office.**What You'll Be Doing*** Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and stakeholder liaison.* Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, events and key business initiatives, ensuring actions and priorities are effectively managed.* Prepare executive communications, presentations, reports and other business documentation.* Manage the day-to-day operations of the National Support Centre, ensuring a professional, efficient and well-maintained workplace.* Coordinate office administration, facilities, suppliers, contractors and workplace resources.* Support employee onboarding, team events, training sessions and workplace culture initiatives.* Maintain administrative records, support operational workflows and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.**About You**You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
