Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our fast paced customer service team located at our Wyong manufacturing facility.
You will be required to:
Liaise with clients and sales representatives by phone, email or in person and receive orders for processing.
Keep clients/Sales personnel informed of job delivery status.
Answer phones and assist with other administration tasks as required.
Liaise with the production department on a daily basis regarding orders in the system.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in basic computer functions such as Outlook, Work, Excel
Have customer service experience and or sales training preferably in the print and packaging sector
Must be willing to learn the technical aspects of the company's products and markets
