In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver strategic HR projects that shape the future of our organisation.

Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic HR initiatives, including policy & procedure reviews, HR system implementations, and compliance projects.
Provide secondary support to HR Advisors, particularly on complex employee relations, disciplinary outcomes, and Fair Work matters.
Manage Head Office ER/IR issues and act as a point of escalation for sensitive cases.
Provide HR leadership and support in the absence of the Executive HRBP.
Ensure HR practices are compliant, aligned with business objectives, and communicated effectively across the organisation.

Key requirements
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (essential)
3-5 years' generalist HR experience with exposure to employee relations, Fair Work compliance, and HR projects (essential)
Proven experience managing ER/IR matters, including investigations, case management, and disciplinary processes (highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards, and industrial relations frameworks
Demonstrated ability to deliver HR projects such as policy updates, system rollouts, or organisational change initiatives
Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, including preparing clear reports and investigation documentation
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
Experience with HRIS systems such as ELMO (desirable)
