With a strong focus on understanding clients' requirements and a persistent approach to quality of services, Motyl Group has grown as a SA leader in fit outs services.**Position Summary**The Cabinetmaker is responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring wooden furniture. Key duties include:1. Reading and understanding detailed shop drawings to ensure precise execution of designs;2. Produce detailed cutting lists as required;3. Manufacture joinery projects in the workshop using a range of equipment including but not limited to power saws, drills, drivers, boring machine, sanders etc;4. Install hardware such as hinges, catches and drawer pulls;5. Construction and assembly of cabinetry, doors, and other wooden structures while maintaining accuracy and durability in each build;6. Repairing and restoring wooden furniture and fixtures using appropriate techniques to ensure structural integrity and high-quality finishes;7. Assembling and installing custom cabinetry, shelving, and other woodwork components according to design specifications, ensuring structural integrity and high-quality craftsmanship.**Requirements**1. AQF Certificate III. Alternately, 3+ years of work experience can replace. At least three years of work experience required.**Other Main requirements to be considered for the position**1. Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions, project specifications, and workflow priorities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and to required standards.2. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment, including proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and finishing products.3.
