Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Growth & Support Manager to manage our sites in VIC, NSW and ACT. You will be a strategic thinker who will assist with the growth and development of our franchisees, restaurant sales, profitability, managing and improving customer experience, operating procedures, and new restaurant openings.
Your experience in identifying and executing on local area marketing opportunities will also be critical in helping you stand out from the crowd
Some of your key responsibilities:
Proactive leadership, coaching, training and development of our franchise partners and their restaurant's managers & teams.
Manage our franchise restaurant network to achieve sales growth targets and improve profitability.
Continually review, monitor, and improve operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and a customer first culture.
Performance of your restaurant portfolio and achieving set KPIs.
Manage operational systems, processes and procedures.
Food safety protocols and compliance, cleanliness, and service quality across all locations.
About You
Ideally you have strong communication skills, have a head for business and enjoy coaching, training and leading teams. You are self‑motivated and flexible with a hands‑on approach to your work, complimented by a sound knowledge of food retail or hospitality operations including financial analysis and training.
QSR or Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
Able to build credible relationships at all levels.
A total commitment to delivering first‑class product quality, guest service and operational excellence.
Knowledge of financial reporting and profitability is desirable.
Commercially aware, calm under pressure and objective.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
Ability to work autonomously and be self‑motivated to achieve results, KPIs and meet deadlines.
