Enterprise
division. We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Learning Experience Designer
with deep expertise in
business sales capability
to support this strategic program of work.
This initial
three‑month engagement
will focus on assessing client's future sales capability requirements and leading an
RFP process
to identify a specialist external partner.
About the Role
In this senior consulting role, you will apply your experience in
sales capability, learning design, and enterprise consulting
to scope and assess sales capability needs. You will lead the design of a future‑state capability approach and oversee a structured RFP process to engage an external learning partner.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across Enterprise, synthesising insights and designing practical, future‑fit sales capability solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery, assessment, and mapping of future sales capability requirements within Enterprise.
* Analyse gaps and define key capability uplift areas, success measures, and learning pathways.
* Scope and design a fit‑for‑purpose sales capability framework aligned to Enterprise strategy.
* Manage and execute an
RFP process
to identify and evaluate specialist external vendors.
* Provide expert learning consultancy and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Produce high‑quality documentation, options papers, and recommendations to guide future investment.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in business sales capability
, enterprise learning design, and capability frameworks.
* Strong background in learning consultancy, discovery, and stakeholder engagement.
* Expertise in adult learning principles and innovative learning methodologies.
* Experience managing RFPs and external vendor selection processes.
* Highly desirable: Experience with Human‑Centred Design approaches.
* Bonus: Knowledge of digital learning ecosystems and enterprise capability uplift programs.
