Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Facilities Manager to lead our client service delivery across multiple sites. Based in Kewdale, the successful candidate will oversee the management of industrial and office facilities, ensuring seamless operation and exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-site facilities, with expertise in subcontractor management and maintenance services. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
The position involves operational management of facilities services, including hard and soft services, within contractual KPIs and budgets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for staff and sub-contractor management, reporting to head-office, and undertaking key duties such as:
* Managing facility operations to meet client expectations and contractual requirements;
* Leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality services;
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members;
The successful candidate will possess over 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in property management, contract administration, and team leadership. They will also have excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:
