**Your Impact**:
We are currently looking for a **Shared Services Procurement Manager** to join our Asahi Beverages Group function. As part of your new role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the "Procure-to-Pay" processes through business service Management (On & Off shore), Procurement services, e2e process management & service optimisation.
Additionally you will be responsible for the delivery of services which include but are not limited to: purchasing & receipting routines Accounts Payable, Vendor Payments/Payment Admin, Purchase Order Management, Corporate Card/PCard, Vendor Setup, E2E process improvement of the "Procure-to-Pay" processes etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the development of the Finance and Procurement Services strategy and associated roadmap
- Support the definition of onshore and offshore SLAs, business KPIs and compliance requirements
- Monitor and manage adherence to agreed service quality and performance requirements; working closely with on-shore and off-shore teams to address gaps in performance
- Work with Process Governance team to ensure operational processes are correctly documented and maintained in a knowledge base to maximise team effectiveness
- Minimise business disruption through active forward planning with on-shore / off-shore teams
- Maximise returns and reputation by ensuring on-time payment to vendors, customers and employees
- Ensure compliance to Approvals Framework / DAG requirements and Procurement Policies
- Support the execution of the Procurement Services Roadmap
- Support the implementation and compliance to the business user and vendor experience strategy, as it relates to Procurement Services
- Lead and manage the on-shore and off-shore teams; motivating them to deliver a service that exceeds our stakeholder expectations
**About you**:
You're a leader who is adaptable and focused on building a strong team, whilst managing business stakeholders to deliver improved service outcomes. You ideally have experience in a procurement services function but attitude and an ability to flex between big-picture and the detail is most important.
- Tertiary qualified in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement Services or related functional team
