Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Kotara store in NSW on a part-time basis at 31.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
* Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.
* Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
Success Criteria
* Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
* A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create magic moments.
* Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
Requirements
* Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
