As our ideal candidate, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record in retail management. You will be well-versed in leading and coaching teams, managing budgets, and driving commercial results.
Requirements
* 5+ years of previous retail management experience.
* Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rosters.
* Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams to deliver outstanding results.
* Superlative organisational and delegation skills.
* A genuine interest in home-styling, furniture or creating welcoming living spaces is a plus.
