Currently, we're seeking a Full or Part Time Reservations Consultant to join our dedicated team.
As a Reservations Consultant, your passion for providing outstanding customer service will shine through. With meticulous attention to detail and excellent computer skills, you'll thrive in our vibrant team workplace. Your role will involve processing reservations, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating with guests, property owners, and housekeepers. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in organizing property maintenance. Robust organisational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as reservations or property management, would be advantageous.
