Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Research Coordinator to support the delivery of research services by NSW Health Pathology.
The successful candidate will work with external and internal clients to determine their needs and our role in supporting research. They will facilitate both external, such as clinical trials, or internal projects like investigator-led research initiatives. This includes determining project costs and enabling project establishment, as well as ensuring client needs are met and service failures are identified, investigated, and remedied.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in a pathology-related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Experience using MS Office computer applications and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is necessary.
* A current unencumbered Class C Driver's License is also required.

Other Requirements
This position is a permanent appointment, requiring Australian citizenship or permanent residency. The preferred candidate may be required to undergo a functional assessment prior to appointment. If the selection panel identifies more suitable candidates, an eligibility list will be created for future vacancies.
