Company & Job: Unique role, a specialist engineering and manufacturing business that delivers complex engineered systems across mission-critical and industrial sectors, including but not limited to data centres, defence, and large manufacturing facilities, is looking to hire an Electrical Estimator. This is a high-impact role for an experienced Electrical Estimator with experience in pricing electrical packages from $1 to $10m. You will be responsible for evaluating bid specifications, drawings, and project requirements, ensuring each tender is commercially and technically accurate. The role requires accurate pricing of electrical works, critical analysis of costs, schedules, and risks, and involvement across the broader design and delivery process. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, tender documentation, and the scope of work. Cost Analysis, build detailed cost plans across materials, labour, equipment, subcontractors, programme, and risk assessments. Evaluate technical requirements, contractual obligations, regulations, codes, and standards. Prepare and submit bids and variations in line with project requirements, compliance standards, and deadlines, while communicating clearly with the clients. Bid competitiveness, engage with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing for the projects. Work closely with the Design Manager and Commissioning Manager, supporting CAD design and documentation, schematics, single line diagrams, engineering reports, and commissioning playbooks. Support project scheduling, delivery coordination, client communication, document control, as-builts, and the maintenance of historical estimating data and tools to improve future pricing accuracy. About You: Experience as an Electrical Estimator within mission-critical, industrial, or complex electrical projects. Strong commercial acumen, sound engineering understanding, and confidence working with multiple stakeholders. Experience in pricing electrical packages, up to $10 million.
