CRDVS at all times strives to uphold high levels of professionalism and accountability.How You'll Make a DifferenceCRDVS is looking for a full-time Business and Finance Manager based in Cairns, QLD.Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role is responsible for leading the financial and business administration operations of the service. You’ll help drive compliance, financial strategy, and internal systems while overseeing a small team.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing financial administration including payroll, BAS, super, PAYG, and audit preparationPreparing monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year financial reports and funding submissionsMaintaining budgets, forecasts, and asset registersEnsuring compliance with funding requirements and legislative standardsSupervising an Administration Worker to meet operational goalsLiaising with auditors, accountants, and suppliers, including external ITManaging office systems, databases, and IT permissionsSupporting the CEO in reporting, strategic planning, and board presentationsOverseeing the AGM process, membership records, and internal communicationsWhat You'll Bring to the TeamTo qualify, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, as well as significant managerial experience in financial and business operations.
