Within Sanofi Consumer Healthcare the Revenue Growth Manager has been identified as a key role for commercial delivery and future strategy in its pursuit to becoming a leading fast moving healthcare company.
Reporting to the Commercial Strategy & Planning Lead, this is a unique leadership role with high impact and senior stakeholder exposure.
Main Responsibilities:
The role will leverage the consumer insight data, tools and analytics to Identify and capture opportunities in maximizing profit and revenue growth by:
1. Business Intelligence : Develop data tools /processes to provide insightful recommendations to commercial teams via extensive analysis across Price, Promotion, Assortment and Trade Terms; Generates market insights to support revenue strategy and other business strategic initiatives
2. Delivery of Commercial/Financial Results : Acting as business partner with commercial leaders to drive implementation of channel strategies, track results and turn learnings to actions/solutions
3. Commercial Policy Planning : Embed Value Management in all relevant commercial planning process and provide inputs to support business decisions e.g., commercial reviews, business planning and budgeting
4. Outcomes monitoring and governance: Run monthly Gross to Net review including promotional analysis and reconciliation in partnership with finance
5. Ownership of TPM tool: Guiding projects end to end and partnering with internal stakeholders in sales, finance, administration and other relevant parties to establish best practise use of BlueshiftONE system to support their functions, including change management of a systems upgrade and process redesign
6. Lead the Pricing & Promotional Administration Team: Driving efficiencies & continuous improvement of pricing systems and processes with 3 direct reports, driving efficient and effective business practice.
About You
Education:
7. Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field (Marketing, Business Management or similar)
Experience:
8. Background in the Consumer, Retail or FMCG industry with prior roles in Revenue Management, Finance, Sales or Trade Marketing
9. Experienced in creating insights across various data sets and visualising data/insights tailored to different audiences – skilled in story telling
10. Well-developed strategic thinking, commercial and financial acumen, logical thinking and experience in analysis to derive insight
Technical Skills:
11. Experienced in TPM Systems (Blueshift an advantage), SAP, Power BI
12. Advanced analytical skills – translate data into insights and insights into actions and strategies
Soft Skills:
13. Impactful and visible leadership - ability to lead initiatives and influence key stakeholders
14. Proven ability to navigate complex situations and challenge the status quo with a can-do attitude
15. Self-reliant, decisive and resilient and able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment
16. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be impactful and assertive. Personal credibility, confidence and robustness to influence and challenge senior colleagues
