Responsibilities
- Ability to run all sections of a professional kitchen
- Lead a team in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant
- Develop menus based on seasonal changes
- Effective communication within the kitchen and with front-of-house
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a sous chef
- Experience in running a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant of a similar calibre
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience with European-style food
- Creativity and passion for the industry
- Trade qualifications
- Availability to work a variety of shifts
- A proven background in a similar role
