About the Role
This is a client-facing performance role with real ownership.
You'll manage and grow paid search accounts end-to-end — from strategy through to execution — ensuring every decision ladders back to commercial outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own SEM strategy across a portfolio of clients
* Manage campaign lifecycle (keywords, structure, copy, optimisation)
* Allocate and optimise budgets against revenue targets
* Identify and unlock growth opportunities
* Build strong client relationships through insights and performance
* Collaborate with SEO and analytics for integrated strategy
What You Bring
* 2–3+ years in Paid Search (agency preferred)
* Strong experience across Google Ads + GA4
* Analytical mindset with commercial thinking
* Confident communicator and presenter
* Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision
