Job Role: Cafe Leader
Job Description:
As a Cafe Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe.
* Oversight of day-to-day cafe operations, including rostering and managing staff.
* Liaising with the cook to plan menus and maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing catering orders and supervising staff members.
* Ensuring the cafe complies with Health and Safety requirements and council regulations.
Requirements include:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within hospitality.
* Experience in controlling budgets and spending.
* Barista skills are beneficial.
* Experience in training, developing and supervising staff is preferred.
* Willingness to work on Saturdays is required.
* A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is necessary.
