**Job Opportunity: Senior Team Member**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our senior team as a Gaming & Duty Manager at our newly renovated Gisborne Venue.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of gaming and TAB operations, food and beverage service, and leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Executive Management team in providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee all aspects of the venue, including gaming, bistro, bottle shop, kitchen, bar, and functions.
- Manage a large team, ensuring consistency across front and back-of-house.
- Develop and implement effective staff rosters, manage stock control, and maintain high standards of customer service.
**Requirements:**
- Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming Licence, TAB Accreditation, and First Steps licences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of food, beer, and wine trends.
- Previous experience in a senior role in a busy multi-department hotel.
