We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to oversee the strategic management plan for food categories within our business. This role involves working with stakeholders across the organization from our Sydney office.
Responsibilities
* Category Leadership: Develop and execute 1–3 year category plans aligned with our sourcing strategy.
* Market Expertise: Analyze industry trends, risks, and opportunities to drive category strategies.
* Supplier Management: Build strong supplier partnerships, lead negotiations, and oversee supplier performance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Culinary, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to deliver business outcomes.
* Cost Optimization: Drive cost reductions, manage category spend, and implement long-term savings strategies.
* Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure regulatory and sustainability requirements are met, while enhancing packaging, quality, and customer experience.
* Innovation & Growth: Scout, onboard, and commercialize new suppliers and products to support growth objectives.
