**The Role**
Tourism at Belgravia is a rapidly growing area of our business, currently consisting of 41 Holiday Parks, Boutique Luxury accommodation, Hot & Mineral Springs across Australia and New Zealand with other developments in the pipeline. This role will encompass all Tourism brands within the organisation but have a key lens on wellness and hot springs.
The Marketing Manager Wellness & Hot Springs ANZ will report into the Chief Marketing Officer, will align with the GM of Tourism and work closely with the Head of Guest Experience, Head of Digital and Head of Comms. This position is a flexible WFH with some office time in both Hepburn (VIC) and Wai Ariki (New Zealand).
**Roles and Duties**:
This position aligns with our CLEAR values and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- You will be group owner of Spa & Wellness brand guidelines whilst ensuring local relevance, both culturally and from a visitor experience perspective. Such brand goals will always align with business objectives.
- All campaigns you deliver are developed and refined with the guest at their heart, and are dedicated to increasing revenue and are supported where necessary by PR
- You will work with the CMO and for GM of Tourism to create and manage the development & execution of domestic marketing strategy as well as ownership and implementation of an international Trade strategy.
- A confident product champion, you will work closely with Head of Guest Experience and be point of contact for call centre to support with enquiries.
- You will develop and roll out high quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall brand, product, vision & strategy - digital and print.
- You will deliver and respond back to strategic plans, with the aim of driving visitation to meet targets and drive secondary spend.
- You will work with department leads to develop an annual marketing strategy and campaign initiatives as outlined in the strategic plan. This includes participation in leadership circles supporting each brand segment.
- You will ensure all campaigns come in at or below budget and identify any cost savings and efficiency opportunities as they arise.

Experience
- Tertiary qualification marketing or similar
- 8 years+ working experience in and passion for the tourism marketing industry
- Demonstrate strong connections and relationships to the Tourism industry, regionally, nationally and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation
- A passion for delivering strong social media engagement
- Strong IT skills with working understanding of all Microsoft packages
