Drivers must possess the following:
* Current MC Drivers Licence
* Current Commercial Drivers Medical Certificate
* Mining Medical - LABDAS
* Be able to pass repeated drug and alcohol screens
* Have a good bill of health, and be physically fit
* Have a solid work ethic
* Have a current police check
* Be able to work independently
