Posted: 6 October
Offer description

UNSW College is delivering strategic transformation initiatives to modernise systems and elevate the student experience. As part of this, we are establishing a more mature change delivery function — creating exciting opportunities for those who are hands-on, open to learning, and ready to shape how change is delivered across the organisation.

The Senior Change Analyst supports the Change Lead to plan, deliver, and embed the people side of enterprise change across technology, process, policy, and organisational initiatives. This role will support translating strategy into clear artefacts, communications, training, and adoption insights, ensuring risks are managed and benefits land.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Support the Change Lead with enterprise change Initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and support the stand-up and health of change networks
- Preparation of Communications, FAQs, Training & Learning Literacy materials
- Preparation of visual media and materials to deliver messaging for change initiatives
- Create artefacts, test-and-learn ways of working; capture lessons learned; celebrate adoption wins and share good practice across the organisation.
- Baseline and track change KPIs (training completion, system usage, process compliance, sentiment/readiness); build concise reporting for sponsors, SteerCo, and project teams; support hypercare and stabilisation with feedback loops.

What We’re Looking For:

- Practical, hands-on change professionals who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- People with experience working in recent or maturing EPMO/change environments, who bring both structure and flexibility.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to think outside the box to co-create solutions.
- Working knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR) and core artefacts (impacts, stakeholders, readiness, comms & training).
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical data concepts (stewardship roles, metadata/categorisation) into simple, role-relevant messages and behaviours.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to influence across academics, professional staff, and executives.
- Comfortable with data and metrics: can interpret adoption/usage data, run surveys, and produce clear insights.
