As a sales professional, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our enterprise solutions among large customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies for our scaled Agile solution.
* Partner with account managers to plan and grow the customer's business.
* Build territory and account plans to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with solution partners and channel partners to identify new sales opportunities.
* Forecast and manage a pipeline of opportunities for our scaled Agile solution.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
* Proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
* Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-first mentality and ability to solve complex problems.
* Ability to prioritize customer engagements and maximize growth and retention.
