Pharmacist Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) or someone with leadership experience to take on a management position.
The pharmacy operates with a lower script trade and provides full-time support from a Dispense Technician and shop staff, allowing the successful candidate to focus on offering detailed counselling and high-level service.
This is a sole-charge position operating Monday to Friday with a paid break each day. The pharmacy uses the Minfos computer system and we are looking for someone with a forward dispensing mindset and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the pharmacy in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service and counselling to patients.
* Supervise and lead the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
* Forward dispensing mindset and excellent customer service skills.
* Previous experience as a PIC or in a leadership capacity preferred.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Benefits:
* $60+/hr plus super (negotiable depending on experience).
