Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the State Accountant, including tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
* In addition, they will be responsible for conducting end-of-month processes, including journal entries and general ledger management.
* The Financial Operations Coordinator will also be tasked with preparing and submitting journals, running general ledgers, and assisting with system updates.
* They will review costs and stock, prepare monthly reconciliations, and run reports to ensure accurate financial information.
* The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* They will work closely with the Purchasing Officer to review purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
* The Financial Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for demonstrating responsibility for safety, health, environment, community, and sustainability policies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
