Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking motivated labourers with a forklift licence to join a well-established client based in Caloundra, QLD.
Our client is a recognised leader in the manufacturing of bricks, tiles and cement products, with a strong national distribution network and a reputation for excellence in the industry. About The Role:
* Day shift (530am-2pm) Monday to Friday
* Manual palletising of blocks (13kg each)
* Outdoor yard duties (manual and forklift)
* Operating forklifts to move materials in the facility and yard
* Loading and unloading with counterbalance forklift
* Supporting production and storage teams through hands-on manual tasks
What we're looking for:
* A current HRW Forklift Licence
* Previous manufacturing, stores or labouring experience
* A strong commitment to workplace safety
* Willing to work outdoors in a heavy work environment (up to 20kg manual handling)
* Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
* Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, \"can-do\" attitude
