Job Title: Field Service Technician - Deployment
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional gaming experiences to our customers. As a key member of our deployment team, your expertise and skills will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all pre-install requirements are completed, including admin-related tasks.
* Confirm the time and date of work with the venue and prepare vehicles with necessary tools and materials.
* Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game change conversions.
* Work with the team for installations and removals of gaming products as well as relocations.
* Capture and update all activities in Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Ability to acquire and maintain relevant state/territory gaming licenses (support provided).
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple customer sites.
Benefits:
* Experience in a technical field service role, gaming industry or electronics/mechanical repair is preferred.
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools, maintenance scheduling or service coordination is an advantage.
* Previous exposure to WHS systems, compliance environments or regulated industries is beneficial.
Physical Requirements:
* Able to lift/move up to 25kg safely using accurate manual handling techniques and tools.
* Capable of confidently ascending a safety step and operating in diverse physical surroundings.
* Comfortable standing for most of the workday and aiming for extended periods.
