Job Description:
This role involves a 2-3 year expat assignment where you'll live and work abroad. You'll gain experience working with South Pacific and Asia sales and operations during a time of rapid growth.
* You'll oversee the sale of Club Wyndham South Pacific and Accor Vacation Club products in the South Pacific region.
* Your responsibilities include efficient financial management, succession planning, retention strategies, and working with your team to meet site goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales metrics, setting site sales goals, and ensuring the region meets required revenue and profit outcomes. You'll also support and guide sales teams, manage KPIs for senior sales staff, and develop succession and talent strategies.
