We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our client who is a market leading businesses in the field of pumping, irrigation, and water & sewage treatment systems.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base, promoting our clients wide range of products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pumping, irrigation, and water & sewage treatment systems industry
- Understand and communicate technical specifications and product features to customers
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including project management, engineering, and customer service
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the pumping, irrigation, and water & sewage treatment systems industry
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and product features
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed
