Ultimate Security Australia is on the lookout for licensed, proactive, and dependable Security Guards to join our growing team across Melbourne Central and surrounding areas. These include South-East, Western and North-Eastern areas, with a strong focus on the suburbs of Brighton, Oakleigh and Dandenong.

Your Role
* Static Security – Maintain a strong presence at designated sites
* Mobile Patrols – Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents
All roles involve public interaction and require standing/walking for extended periods.

What You'll Need
* Availability for rotating rosters (days, nights, weekends)
* Valid Victorian Security Licence (including control room & monitoring centre)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Ability to perform foot patrols and maintain visibility
* Experience with CCTV & access control systems
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
