About the role
We are looking for a range of chef positions to join our team in a permanent capacity.
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the chef's instructions and recipes
* Ensure that ingredients are properly stored and handled to maintain freshness and safety
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards
* Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and basic ordering
* Delivering a consistently high level of product quality and presentation
What you will bring
* A willingness to learn and a keen interest in food
* Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Available to work both weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster
* Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrating appropriate level cooking techniques and procedures
* First Aid Certificate
* Work, Health and Safety knowledge (Training is desirable)
