An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding Boutique Manager to join one of our top performing stores in Parramatta.
As the Leading Angel at CAMILLA, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Boutique, as well as leading your tribe through every collection. This includes rostering, training and hiring with the support of the Head Office tribe as well as delivering an extremely high standard of customer service and fostering close relationships with customers. Overseeing visual merchandising and people management are also included in the role of the Boutique Manager.

So, what will our Boutique Manager be doing on a day-to-day basis?
* Lead the sales of your store to meet and/or exceed budget & KPI expectations.
* Distribute sales & KPI targets monthly and weekly - monitor & provide feedback to store team on a daily basis.
* Ensure store rosters are scheduled according to the business needs whilst adhering to the store's base roster and wage allowance.
* Develop the boutique sales strategy through quarterly action plans in line with the marketing calendar, local activity and consideration of the KPI's
* Manage the delivery of best‐in‐class client experience and operating standards through the boutique.
* Strategically build client base to generate sales growth through both VIP & non‐VIP acquisition - grow the new client database.
* Use appointments and digital booking tools to drive sales growth with clients and deliver a unique service experience through Angels.
* Cultivate & develop VIP's in conjunction with the Client Experience Manager.
* Visual merchandising meets Camilla standards and embrace ownership for the boutique's visual merchandising strategy
* The boutique team is prepared for key moments – sale, product launches etc.
* Self-development and performance to achieve goals and objectives
* Model the CAMILLA values – Lead your tribe in an inspiring manner.
* Training, development and coaching to improve performance/productivity.
* Vacancies and recruitment in a timely manner – provide weekly updates to the Regional Manager.
* Management to be checked and corrected on a daily basis.
* Team compliance in completing daily and weekly housekeeping duties to ensure highest standard of boutique presentation is maintained at all times.
What are we looking for in our new Boutique Manager?
* A demonstrated retail history and experience in management (3+ years)
* Be capable in the operational running of a Boutique
* Dance to the beat of your own drum, and show your creative flair to make your Boutique your own
* Have an amazing energy that invites customers into the Boutique
* Have experience in customer relationship management and an understanding of luxury customer service
* Proven ability to meet financial, operational, and service KPIs
* Ability to deliver visual merchandising magic
