We are looking for an energetic and experienced In store baker / cafe all rounder to join our team This role would suit someone who is happy and flexible enough to work as an opening organiser and as a cafe all rounder.
To succeed in this role you will have:
* Previous hospitality/café experience
* Available Monday to Thursday 5am-1pm
* Someone happy to serve customers over the counter and be able to look after bakes.
* Previous experience in baking.
* Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
* Can-do attitude is essential
* Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
* Punctuality is essential
* Can work quickly and efficiently
* Well-presented & safety conscious
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Is happy to work as both in store baker and all rounder when required
* Some early morning starts (5 am)
* Monday to Thursday week days availability
