They are looking for a
Commercial Lawyer (4+ PAE)
to join their team and work directly with a highly experienced Principal. You’ll gain exposure to complex, high-value matters and enjoy real responsibility from day one. If you're looking for strong client exposure, quality work, and accelerated development, this is a standout opportunity.
Duties In this role you will:
Prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
Work
across a broad range of commercial matters including business sales & acquisitions, structuring and joint ventures, property (leasing, acquisitions and development), and commercial litigation in the Magistrates’ and County Court, including disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
Collaborate
closely with senior leadership on all aspects of matters
Skills & Experience Ideally, you will have:
4+ years PAE
handling a broad range of commercial law matters
Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence working directly with clients
A proactive, can-do attitude
