Job Title: Solution Designer (2 positions available)
Location: Brisbane/Sydney/Canberra
Contract: Day rate contract, 2 months with two 12-month extensions
Summary
Our client is a large and complex Federal Government agency in the health sector. They are hiring two Solution Designers due to the growing business requirements.
Working with the project manager to develop the solution development and delivery activities and plan across the vendors and Agency, map out the interdependencies and participate in project delivery activities required from the SI role.
Working with the business, operations, security and key Agency stakeholders in understanding and elaborating the requirements
Working with the test team to ensure recent functionality is appropriately tested and tracked by all vendors.
Coordinating the technical activities between the vendors and Agency (all required groups dependant on the changes) throughout the project design, development, testing and operational implementation and handover.
Essential requirement
Australian Citizenship and being eligible for baseline clearance
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years experience working in the delivery of software delivery solutions.:
Experience in standard development, delivery and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM or similar.
Working with and implementing project delivery tools in a DevOps/DevSecOps framework.
Degree in IT, Engineering or related field is desirable.
