The Opportunity:

* Drive profitability through effective stock management, visual excellence, local community engagement, and cost control, including wage management and staffing efficiency.

* Oversee daily operations, audits, and compliance, maintaining brand standards at all times.
* Identify and develop future leaders within your team through mentorship and ongoing training.

About You
* A proven retail leader with 3+ years’ experience in fashion management.
* Commercially savvy with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets, managing budgets, wages, and operational costs effectively.
* A motivational leader who builds capable, confident, and engaged teams.
* Organised, agile, and passionate about delivering an elevated client experience.
* A true brand ambassador who embodies the magic of Cue.
