Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in Tugun 4224. As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the maintenance team at the Gold Coast Desalination Plant.

**What You'll be Responsible for**:
- Establishing maintenance programs and safety procedures for all maintenance Activities.
- Managing maintenance programs to maximise life cycle, serviceability and availability of equipment.
- Monitoring maintenance costs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing and delivering maintenance businesses cases and projects.
- Developing and strengthening key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring zero harm through all employees and contractors following and adhering to safe work practices.
**What You'll Need to be Successful**:
- Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in water treatment operations is desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment & fault finding techniques
- Experience with CMMS
