About the Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care. This role is essential in supporting patients to achieve optimal health outcomes within a community setting. In this role you will:
• Deliver holistic nursing care in accordance with professional standards and scope of practice.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide physical and psychological support.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status and contribute to clinical assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement activities, and delegated clinical interventions.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with medication endorsement including intravenous administration.
• Demonstrated nursing knowledge and skills relevant to community or chronic care settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to use information technology and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and delivering patient-centred care.
