The Role:
This is a hands-on role for a seasoned mortgage professional who can confidently manage loan applications from end to end. You will work closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure deals are structured correctly, approved efficiently, and settled smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end loan process, including residential, commercial, and investment lending
* Assess and analyse credit applications, ensuring compliance with lender requirements
* Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a seamless loan approval process
* Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process
* Support brokers with compliance, credit guides, and administrative tasks
* Stay updated on lender policies and industry trends to provide expert advice
About You:
* Experience in mortgage broking (essential)
* Strong knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and compliance requirements
* The ability to manage multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, brokers, and lenders
* Experience using broker software and CRM systems
