* Collaborate with store stylists to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive sales revenue.
* Manage store rosters to ensure efficient scheduling and optimal staffing levels.
* Implement and execute special events at the retail store to enhance customer experience.
* Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for maximizing sales and revenue.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with company vision and market needs.
* Coach and monitor boutique stylists on client outreach and relationship development, working closely with the store manager.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operating standards through your boutique.
* Build and grow a loyal client base to drive sales growth through both VIP and non-VIP acquisition.
* Utilize appointments and digital booking tools to drive sales growth and deliver a unique service experience.
* Partner with the boutique manager in hiring and providing performance feedback, training new staff members.
* Communicate and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is trending towards these measures.
* Prepare the team for key moments, such as product launches and sales events.
* Model the CAMILLA values and lead the team with inspiring leadership.
