We're partnering with a multi-disciplinary, mid-tier national law firm with a strong presence across Australia. Known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach, the firm is investing in its people strategy and creating a new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Sydney on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This newly created position will play a key role in shaping and driving the firm's national talent acquisition strategy. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to forecast workforce needs, build pipelines, and lead recruitment across both corporate and legal services roles. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and evolving the national TA strategy
* Partnering with senior leaders to plan and deliver on hiring needs
* Overseeing employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and levels
* Building and mentoring a high-performing TA team
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within legal or professional services
* Ability to manage 50-100 hires over a 12-month period
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Passion for building high-performing teams
* Agility and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment
