Role responsibilities and requirements:
8. Minimum Certificate IV in Ageing Support
9. Completed the Pharmacology unit (EN/RN Student)
10. Assistance with medication rounds and team leader roles
11. Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
12. Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
13. Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
14. Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
