About the Role
This is your opportunity to shape the next generation of sales success across South Australia. As the Sales Development & Training Manager, you will deliver engaging training programs, mentor sales professionals and contribute strategically to business planning initiatives that support long-term network growth and productivity.
You will manage and deliver an annual calendar of training create motivating learning environments, and work closely with state leadership to strengthen productivity and recruitment initiatives.
This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in front of a room, enjoys mentoring others and is passionate about driving performance within the real estate industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Promote training programs across the network to achieve attendance targets and training KPIs
* Develop and manage an annual training calendar for all state-based and training programs
* Facilitate engaging, structured training sessions using approved lesson plans and resources
* Coordinate all program logistics including registrations, materials, resources and on-the-day preparation
* Deliver pre-course communication and post-course follow-up to ensure participant engagement and outcomes
* Maintain accurate attendance registers and update relevant databases and reporting systems
* Conduct in-office workshops and coaching sessions tailored to business and productivity needs
* Support annual and quarterly business planning sessions with sales agents, including performance tracking
* Assist with recruitment strategies to grow the sales network in collaboration with state leadership
* Contribute to state-based events, conferences and network initiatives, including occasional after-hours functions and interstate travel
Skills & Experience
You will hold current South Australian Real Estate Registration and bring practical real estate sales experience, along with a strong understanding of productivity drivers and market trends. Experience in training, mentoring or coaching is desired and you will be confident facilitating programs to groups of varying sizes. Strong organisational capability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical to success in this role. You will be comfortable working collaboratively with senior leadership and contributing strategically to business growth initiatives.
